Online Campus Pastor (OCP)
Engage, host, and cultivate our online viewers and the online viewing experience. Must be highly relational, responsive, strong communication skills, creative and tech and media savvy. The OCP will coordinate all online efforts and graphics. *Remote employment available
NeXt Generations Pastor
(Children, Youth, and Young Adult leader) – Creating and overseeing the development and discipleship of the next generations. Working with schools, colleges, and families to create dynamic engaging experiences from children’s church to Millennial Bible Study. Must be relevant, up to date on Generational needs, best practices, resourceful, a self-starter, out of the box, creative, strong communication skills, a team builder, a mentor and able to multitask.
Fusion of Executive Admin and Administrative Assistant to the Bishop. This person is part chief of staff/part chief operating officer. Responsible for leading team development, managing the Bishops schedule, overseeing day to day operations of the office. Must be highly relational, intuitive, a strong team builder, have high emotional intelligence and possess strong communication skills.
The Executive Pastor is responsible for aligning all staff functions and overseeing ministries to realize the Ministry Plan of IBC. The Executive Pastor will partner with and support the Senior Pastor to develop and implement the Core Values, Vision and Mission of IBC churches.
Responsibilities include delivering excellence in achieving ministry goals, strategic planning, P&L ownership, setting staff culture, developing and coaching staff, and developing and implementing processes to ensure operational efficiency. The Executive Pastor is responsible for aligning all staff functions and overseeing ministries to realize the Ministry Plan of IBC churches.
The office of CGSG. This is a fusion of discipleship development/services coordinator and Christian Ed director. The Pastor of Connections will be overseeing major ministries that assist us in connecting (connect) the church to people, people to the church, and people to each other. Responsible for identifying partner talent (to serve) building a data base of resource services for partners, develop and oversee small group and study efforts (Grow) and identifying congregational and community needs and opportunities (Go). This person is also responsible for assisting in planning Sunday experience for partners, visitors and guest. Must be a self-starter, a person that takes the initiative, creative, resourceful, highly relational, a “fixer” and able to multitask and build strong teams.
The Connections Pastor will be primarily, as their title suggests, a connector of people. They will be the life line from visitors and partners to the rest of the church, striving to connect them in three major ways: to each other, in small groups; to the community through volunteering and serving; and finding ways for people to connect with the church, through partnership. Small groups, volunteering, and partnership are at the heart of this role. Practically, they will oversee guest ministries, L groups, study groups, volunteerism, assimilation, and membership.
The ideal candidate will be a highly emotionally intelligent person, a people person, incredibly relational, and good with systems. They will also be a great developer of leaders.
